Първият габровски мол отваря врати на 26 ноември 2009 г. Terra Mall е най-големия търговско-развлекателен център в Габрово, първото вложение от този мащаб в сферата на търговията и услугите в града. С вложените в изграждането му 20 млн. лв. от инвеститора “Терахим 97” АД, той се нарежда сред най-големите инвестиции в община Габрово.

Terra Mall е разположен на възлово място, свързващо няколко жилищни квартала, където живеят над 60% от населението в Габрово.

Многофункционалният комплекс е с 16 000 м² разгъната застроена площ, 10 000 м² от които търговска. Terra Mall is the largest shopping and entertainment center in Gabrovo, the first investment of this scale in the field of trade and services in the city.
